An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Major Loss Adjuster to provide superb customer service to a portfolio of clients within a Major & Complex Loss team based in the North West and Yorkshire. You will be responsible for providing efficient, customer-focused and cost-effective service by managing claims from instruction to completion. You will be expected to investigate a variety of major and complex losses, on behalf of insurers involving material damage and business interruption. This is a hybrid role, so can work from home or an office.
Working as part of an expert team, you will be supported by colleagues including desk-based assistants to ensure you support the clients and their customers, provide service delivery within clients SLAs and meeting challenging audit criteria.
Candidates will ideally be able to demonstrate previous property loss adjusting experience and be progressing with professional qualifications such as ACILA. You must have excellent customer focus with a track record of delivering outstanding levels of service, along with superb communications skills, both listening and acting upon information given.You must be a team player with the ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of your own caseload of claims.
