A management consultancy which has a solid business plan, an enviable client list and big ambitions for the future, is looking for an Account Manager to join its growing account management function. Working with an experienced team, the role will be heavily supported to succeed but the business has high expectations.
Transferring your account management skills into their business, the role will focus on a range of small to medium size accounts.
Duties will include (but not be limited to) liaising with current customers to deepen relationships, conduct quarterly business consultations, attending events, building databases, assisting with marketing campaigns and assisting in responding to customer enquiries for the businesses service. The role will also assist in the tendering process for new instructions.
The overall focus for the role is to deepen client engagement, ensure renewal of the service and realise new opportunities for account growth.
Working within established business relationships, the role will enjoy liaising with customers who are already familiar with the business, so interactions will be familiar and warm.
The businesses customer base is top level, C suite executives. You will be expected to have the confidence, capability and attention to detail to work effectively with senior level executives.
To apply to this role, you should have some experience as an account manager from business services / consultancy style businesses.
