Senior Growth Marketing Manager

We are working with a FTSE 250 listed firm who are looking to hire a Senior Growth Marketing Manager into their dynamic London team. They are home to a whole host of creative businesses and fast-growing SME brands, and as a result, they need a Growth Marketer to better target these potential customers.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will manage and own the Customer Acquisition strategy and tactics to drive high quality leads for the Sales team. You will focus purely on Customer Marketing to improve customer journeys on the website, creating a seamless experience for potential and existing customers, and multi-channel campaigns to drive traffic to the website.
The successful candidate will be a Demand Gen and CRO pro, obsessed with Google Analytics and the numbers behind driving growth. The role will work with agencies and sit across Performance Marketing, Biddable channels, Content strategy, website management, CRM and Google Analytics. The business is open to sector experience, but candidates must be customer-focused.
My client offers a salary of £50,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience, with prosperous company benefits.
