Job Title: Solutions Manager – Recruitment Outsourcing, Private Sector

Location: London, may be flexible

As part of our continued growth plans, we are seeking a Solutions Manager to join our team, with a focus on winning new RPO, MSP, payroll and consultancy contracts into Private Sector businesses.

About the role:

The Solutions Manager will use their extensive market knowledge and established network, working with clients in the private sector to identify and understand any existing resource challenges, and developing solutions in response to these challenges, resulting in added value for our clients and creating profitable new business opportunities for Reed Talent Solutions across our key product lines of MSP, RPO, Payroll & Workforce Management, HR consultancy, services procurement and SOW programmes.

You will develop long term strategic relationships with all levels of stakeholders within prospective customers, positioning Reed Talent Solutions as a thought leader and service provider of choice. You will be tasked to identify and develop new opportunities as well as manage response to inbound requests, taking a lead on all aspects of the sales cycle including client engagement, commercial and legal negotiations as well as working closely with our Solutions Architect and Bid Manager to develop service propositions that meet and exceed the needs of our clients and produce high quality tender responses and proposals that position Reed as a market leader, securing profitable and sustainable relationships.
