We are recruiting for an experienced Wealth Management Administrator to join a successful practice of St. James’s Place Wealth Management based in Cheltenham (GL50 1) on a full time basis. The role can be a combination of office based and home working if required.
Due to internal promotion, we are recruiting for a Wealth Management Administrator who will provide dedicated support to the Senior Partner (business owner) and the Paraplanner on an operational basis, responsible for day-to-day running of the practice from an administrative and operational capacity. The role has the opportunity to progress to a senior administrative Practice Manager in the future.
This is an interesting and challenging role that will include a combination of PA services to the Partner, client servicing and administration. The Practice is busy, successful and dynamic and therefore requires an individual who is highly organised and enjoys working within this type of environment and has the ability to multi-task. This role is integral to the success and operational running of the business.
The role shall be a combination of technical support, client servicing to high net worth clients and general administration. It would be highly suited to an individual with previous general financial services administration experience ideally having supported a financial adviser, with an understanding of basic financial services products, and is seeking long-term commitment in a senior administrative role.
During the initial training period the successful candidate will be required to work full time from the office to develop a good relationship with the Partner and paraplanner. However, the practice is family-friendly there is flexibility for this role to be covered working from home for up to 3 days a week in the longer term.
