Customer Service Adviser - Cheltenham GL50 - £18575 + EXCELLENT commission + many benefits!
You will have a positive telephone manner and enjoy building customer relationships.
Duties: INBOUND CALLS & Outbound calls, Building relationships with clients, lapsed & New, Gathering information, Customer profiling, advising of new services.
Speaking to clients who are placing orders....arranging deliveries etc…building relationships with regulars....To include all aspects of account management, customer service & support, as well as efficiently responding to customer inquiries. You will need a Pleasant telephone manner, be Enthusiastic and have previous experience in a similar role involving Telemarketing, up selling or proactive calls.
Salary will be £18,575. Commission average of £300 - £500 per month based on performance. Shifts are 40 hours a week working slight variations between 8am and 6pm mon to fri , and rota Saturday working with a day in lieu.
