Administrator required for a new permanent role. This is to be based in Middlesbrough for a few weeks and then will move to Darlington in the long term.
Reception / answering telephone / general office administration duties.
Stock Control / Ordering of new PPE.
Create purchase orders and check purchase invoices.
Ordering fuel, complete fuel register & submit on a weekly basis to finance.
Raise & dispatch jobs on database:
Taking initial phone call from customer.
Providing a quote or passing to the relevant manager.
Liaise with planning team over unit availability.
Raise on database, take payment and invoice.
On / Off hire of equipment register.
Organizing annual PAT testing.
Training course research, booking and management of training matrix to ensure all personnel are trained in line with company/ contractual requirements.
Transferring telephones to on call managers, weekly.
Compile drivers’ hours/ defect sheets so managers can identify any missing
Manage Business Support Inbox and deal with any queries.
Working hours 8am to 5pm with 30 mins for lunch
Applicants must have strong IT skills, an excellent telephone manner, be literate and numerate and able to juggle a busy workload.
£22,000 per annum.
