As a Telephone Account Manager, you will be able to utilise all of your experience of selling B2B within Financial Services. With the understanding of the Investment and Wrap platform market and competitors you already have, in this newly created role of Telephone Account Manager, this is possibly the opportunity you have been looking for?

As an integral part of the Sales Team, As a Telephone Account Manager, you will not only have clear direction on where to secure business from both existing and new clients working closely with the Head of Sales and other members of the team but also a clear direction and pathway on where your career can take you within this organisation.

Who will you be working for?

An established Intelligent Wealth Management Organisation created and run by credible and experienced Senior Management team from within the Financial Services and Investment Sector and in particular Investment Platforms. What will you be doing?

The clue is in the job title! As a Telephone Account Manager your role will be predominantly phone-based and you will be :

* Pursuing and securing new opportunities through telephone and other remote technology such as Teams and Zoom
* Building and developing existing relationships with key contacts and clients via the telephone, email, and occasional on a face to face basis
* Building and developing internal relationships and support and being a proactive member of the wider sales team.
* Overseeing the sales and onboarding process
* Creating and developing effective and successful Account Business Plans and strategies

How will you be a success?

As a Telephone Account Manager

* You will have all the Influencing and persuasion and communication skills that make a great salesperson
* You will have solid experience of selling via the telephone within Financial Services, delivering against targets in a business to business (B2B) platform market
* You will know how to deliver the highest levels of customer service
* If you have any financial services qualifications, that would be even better
* Be really computer literate with a good understanding of MS Packages and CRM's
