Premises Officer - School based role
We are seeking out new Premises Officers for our busy schools based in Surrey. Due to the start of the new academic year, we are in high demand for experienced maintenance and grounds people who are able to provide top service to our establishments.
You must have a background in general maintenance, and preferably experience within either a school setting or a housing association.
Premises Officer - Main responsibilities
The role will include common duties such as; security, lighting, heating, stock control, cleaning, maintenance, storekeeping, energy conservation, emergencies and sometimes, groundskeeping. The Premises Officers of the school would report to the Premises Manager in most cases and are expected to communicate any safeguarding or health and safety concerns.

The Premises Officers of a school are a vital part to the upkeep and safety of an environment that aims to keep children safe, protected and inspired. They are responsible for the security of the school and maintaining positive and well looked after surroundings.
