Badenoch + Clark are working with a market leading organisation in Brighton to recruit a HR Systems Administrator for a 12 month FTC, this role is paying £40,000.
*Acting as a Super User for HR systems ensuring that amendments to configuration are actioned in a timely manner ensuring that system availability and functionality is optimised. Apply this knowledge to solve incidents/problems and deliver changes.
*Support configuration changes that contribute to annual payroll and performance events such as upgrades and system enhancements
*Understand the business processes for HR and how the applications support the processes.
*Proactively work with HR suppliers to ensure all projects, changes and releases are planned, delivered and transitioned smoothly into the business.
*Provide first line support to staff and managers in the use and maintenance of the HR systems.
*Support the delivery of quarterly and annual system upgrades, identifying changes and promoting system enhancements
*Liaise with internal and external customers for data processing when appropriate.
