Our client, a top University, is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join them on a temporary basis until December 2021.
Pay: £10.34 per hour
Location: Brighton on site, flexibility to work from home some days
Contract: Until December 2021 (potential to extend)
- Working as part of a team, act as first point of contact in the administration office for the HR Business Services team.
- Respond to general enquiries seeking guidance on interpreting university and external regulations as appropriate
- Follow administrative procedures
- Create and amend employee records on Resource Link System and maintain accurate records for the monthly payroll
- Complete Right to Work checks for new starters
- Collate data
Key Skills and Experience:
- Flexible and adaptable
- Experienced Word and Excel user
- Some knowledge of HR Processes
- Prior use of HR system (Resource Link) or HR similar system
