Our client, a high professional, global business is looking for an HR Administrator to support through a particularly busy period.
However, as the business has a robust strategy for growth this opportunity if offered on a temporary to permanent basis, so if you are interested in a permanent opportunity, we would love to hear from you!
Reporting to the HR Business Partner and supporting Head of HR, As HR Administrator, you be responsible for applicant tracking, sending out offer letters, administering matters around employee relations, and undertaking a varied range of HR Administration related duties.
Some low-level advisory work will also be required such as sitting in on appraisals and recording all information accurately on the in-house database and on Excel.
We are looking for a highly organised, efficient and detail orientated administrator with some proven experience in HR.
In addition, you will be happy to work at a fast pace and be happy with a high volume of administration.
Our ideal candidate will be a competent user of Excel and we an accurate record keeper.
Lastly, we are looking for someone ambitious and looking for a career within and HR function of a professional business.
