Aon are currently recruiting an Associate Broker on a one year Fixed Term Contract to join our Employee Benefits team. This is an agile role which can offer the option to work from home or a combination of both home and office working if preferred, from our Leeds or Farnborough office. The main purpose of the role is to assist in the management of the broking process within the Aon Employee Benefits Broking Centre of Excellence (CoE).
The Associate Broker role is integral to the successful operation of the Centre of Excellence and over time, will build up knowledge on insurance markets and products brokered. Supporting the Healthcare Broking team, the Associate Broker will provide administrative support to help build and issue reports for client healthcare benefit reviews. Working closely with the Consulting Teams, the Associate Broker will be required to liaise with internal and external parties, to understand client requirements.
This role requires excellent administrative skills coupled with account/client management skills obtained within a corporate organisation. Industry experience is preferable but not essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate a client focused approach.
