Maintenance Manager (days based)
£35000-£40000 + Training + Pension + Healthcare + 25 days holiday

This company has been established for over 40 years and has built a state of the art site in Westbury to deal with an increasing workload they have taken on after winning a lucrative 25 year contract with the council.
In this role you will work a days based shift managing a small team of maintenance engineers. You will be tasked with the day to day management, organising work, managing contractors, carrying our risk assessments, creating PPM schedules and leading health and safety.
The ideal candidate will have supervisory or team leader experience in a maintenance manufacturing team. You will have knowledge to PPM methodology and health + safety.

*Leading a small team of electrical and mechanical maintenance engineers.

*Carrying out risk assessments and monitoring health and safety.
*80% management 20% hands on.
