Administrator / Compliance support officer

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience reverent to role

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9-5 with flexible working hours & some WFH

Location: Floor Four, 2 Friars Bridge Rd, Ipswich IP1 1RR (Right next to Ipswich Stadium)

Opus Teach are looking for a highly organised Administrator to join our fast-paced Education recruitment team. This role will have focus on monitoring the administration and compliance of our Supply Teachers and Temporary Non-Teaching staff.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Manage their time appropriately and prioritise daily administration tasks
  • Communicate suitably over email and over the phone
  • Demonstrate great attention to detail and impeccable organisation skills
  • Work at a fast and efficient pace within a small team
  • Show a willingness to learn and enthusiasm towards high workload
  • Always demonstrate a high level of customer service

Duties & Daily Responsibilities:

  • Managing general enquiries and administration inboxes
  • Attending morning meetings with clear daily objectives and goals
  • Contributing to maintenance of the candidate database ensuring all personal information is entered and updated on a regular basis
  • Collecting, uploading, and managing ID documents of candidates to CRM systems
  • Adhere to Opus’s values and processes
  • Effectively monitor candidates’ compliance and provide daily updates to rest of the team
  • Communicate to candidates on their missing or outstanding compliance documents
  • Ensure that you follow all processes and procedures set - The Opus Way
  • Provide advice and support to the Opus Teach Account Managers as and when required
  • Monitor and update the CRM database with up-to-date information
  • Offer general system and timesheet support to suppliers, clients, and workers
  • Adhere to compliance and recruitment regulations
