Full-time, Support Worker job vacancies, Dudley, West Midlands - holding NVQ level 2 is preferred, but would consider candidates already working, or willing to work towards Level 2.

  • £9.01 per hour if you hold NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
  • £8.91 per hour with no experience or qualifications.
  • Day & Night shifts available (Nights only also available).
  • Early shift 7am-2.30pm, late shift 2.30 - 10pm and night shift 10pm-7am.
  • 22.5, 30 or 37.5 day shift hours per week contracts available
  • 27, 36 or 45 waking nights hours per week contracts available.
  • In house training towards certificates, allowing you to develop & progress.

The Role

The individuals we support are the heart of everything we do. We provide a flexible service which is personalised to meet an individual’s needs and enables our service users to live as independently as possible. As a Support Worker your role will be so important in helping the residents live life on their terms. The role will include:

  • Providing support and encouragement to service users.
  • Support service users with any prescribed medication.
  • Personal care - that’s not always want you think and we’re happy to talk to you about it.
  • Helping provide a safe and comfortable home for service users.
  • Helping service users to participate in activities they love & be part of the local community.
  • Helping keep records up to date & administrative tasks.
