Infinity is an industry leader in compliance and maintenance services, providing dynamic solutions to accommodate the needs of our clients. We offer a range of property and management solutions, including mechanical/electrical installations and maintenance to asbestos and legionella services.

We’re currently looking for a Senior Asbestos Surveyor to join our team in Wigan. In the role you will be responsible for providing effective implementation of client programmes and projects related to asbestos surveying.

Our ideal candidate will be a strong communicator as you will be liaising with clients and staff, from a variety of different working disciplines. You will also provide support and guidance to Trainee Asbestos Surveyors and deliver asbestos awareness training. You will need to ensure that that the implementation and delivery of all projects are in accordance with current legislation, Health and Safety guidelines and company standards.

Our ideal candidate should also have…

  • HND/HNC or equivalent in a related discipline, or able to demonstrate significant relevant experience
  • BOHS (p402) Building Surveys & Bulk Sampling for Asbestos qualification or equivalent
  • BOHSP405,P403,P404 qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar or related role
  • Experience working on a variety of building types
  • Familiar with relevant construction, health and safety legislation, and risks & hazards associated with asbestos
  • Full UK driving license to meet the travel requirements of the role
