We're on the lookout for a Lead Researcher to join our well-established client based in Loughborough.
About the role:
The successful candidate will support the Business Development Executives by obtaining leads through a variety of methods as well as providing exceptional customer service to existing clients and up-selling where possible.
As a Lead Researcher your responsibilities will include:
•Working alongside the sales team and conducting customer surveys.
•Researching new business through internet searches and LinkedIn.
•Passing on new business leads to the Sales team.
To be considered for this role, you will have an enthusiastic outlook, a 'can do’ attitude and want to work as part of a team. Good IT skills are essential as well as an excellent phone manner.
