Electrical/Electronic Engineering Lecturer
College location: East Surrey College (Redhill)

We are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experinced Electronic/Electrical Engineering Lecturer to join our Technology department.
In this exciting role you will be delivering teaching across our BTEC Electronic/ Electrical Engineering courses up to and including Level 4.
The delivery for these courses will be a combination of delivering learning at the College itself, remote delivery, and delivering face to face at various alternative sites every 3-4 weeks. The sites you will be required to travel to will be Bury St Edmunds, Boreham Wood, Maidstone, Elephant & Castle and Crawley.
Working closely with the Director of Learning, Programme Manager and the rest of the Engineering team, you will have the chance to share your industry knowledge and skills with learners to help them achieve at the highest level as well as driving continuous improvement within the College. You will act as a personal tutor, promote attendance, participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning, development and review activities within your subject area.
The successful candidate must have:
* A full teaching qualification
* A minimum of a level 5 qualification within Electronic/Electrical Engineering (a degree qualification would be ideal)
* Relevant teaching experience, preferably within Further Education
* Electronic/Electrical Engineering Industry experience
It would also be desirable for the employee to hold a Certificate/Award in Internal Quality Assurance, and an Assessing qualification such as a Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement
