TYREFIX UK are the leading mobile plant tyre repair and replacement company across the UK.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Team Leader with a proven track record in providing first class service lead our busy national call centre based in Leicestershire.
The successful candidate will be leading and working with a team of 6, and must have excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner and good Microsoft computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc).
Hours to be confirmed but will be Monday to Friday approx 45 hours per week, plus Saturday mornings on a rota (roughly only 1 in 5/6 mornings and only once fully trained and up to speed) overtime may also be available.
