TEMP TO PERM | CAN CONSIDER PART TIME | £12.50 per hour
Our client is one of the biggest tech companies in the world! Due to company restructure, a new opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor has been created.
Your shifts as customer service advisor need to include every weekend and can follow a shift pattern like either of the examples below:
* Thursday - Sunday (10 hours per day)
* Friday - Monday (10 hours per day)
As a customer service advisor your duties will include:
* Management of customer service queries
* Resolving carrier questions
* Processing of exception reporting
* Assist with continuous improvement activity
* Assist with final-mile end-customer dispute resolution
* Coordinate service partners
* Process refunds & exchanges
* Proactively identify & recover order exceptions
* Manage, organise and update relevant data & system applications
To be a successful customer service advisor, you will have the following skills:
* Call handling and customer query resolution
* Warehouse systems
* Good level of Microsoft office proficiency
* Report compilation experience
* Logistics / warehousing experience preferable
* Experience of working in warehouse office environments
The customer service advisor position is Temp to Perm
