A fantastic opportunity is available for a Secretary to join our client's growing team. Based in their Cheltenham office, you will be supporting a Partner and the wider team with a range of secretarial and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a good level of secretarial and administrative experience (preferably from within a professional services environment), will have fast and accurate typing skills and preferably will have the ability to use digital dictation. Use of case management systems would also be advantageous, although full training will be given, however, the ability to pick up new software quickly and solid experience in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel to a good level is a pre-requisite.
You will have a keen eye for detail and you will have excellent communication and telephone skills with the ability to deal with a range of people including clients, staff and Partners.
