Due to demand Parcelforce, the most trusted and successful letters and parcel delivery business, has an opportunity for you to join their team as temporary administrative assistant to assist with Christmas pressure based in South West London SM3 area.
Hourly Pay Rate; starting from £12.19
Shift times; 13:00 - 21:00 Mon - Fri
Starting beginning of November - 24/12/2021
Role & Responsibilities include:
* Dealing with customers, face to face, by phone or email
* Dealing directly and proactively with customer enquiries
* Using IT systems to identify where parcels are in the system, and updating customers
* Arranging redeliveries for customers to home/work or post office addresses
* Working with colleagues throughout Parcelforce Worldwide to make sure parcels are delivered on time every time.
* Delivering a great customer service
* We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, flexible and happy to work hard on their own initiative.
* We are looking for someone with good people skills that are helpful and friendly.
* You must be able to use a computer for data entry
