We are a leading boutique data consultancy looking for an ambitious and experienced Data Engineer Lead to join our growing team. Flexible location (must be based in UK and able to travel to a UK office occasionally), with great benefits and opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects for some of Europe's best-known brands.
We are quite unique and not your typical consultancy, in that we allow individuals to work in consultancy with the freedom to deliver results outside of rigorous processes. Our management team is passionate about enabling each team member to shape their working environment in the way that provides them with the most support/work life balance. We operate on the principle that engagement and happiness is the key to productivity.
We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Data Engineer to join our growing consultancy, to lead solution design, project delivery, and client integration. You will draw from experience and knowledge across multiple industries, platforms, and methodologies to design and deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions. Your approach will inspire colleagues and bring knowledge, energy, and drive into the delivery process. You will collaborate with Intuita's BI and Analytics teams to ensure we regularly exceed client expectations across the board. As a key player within an already experienced and talented team, you are expected to provide clarity of thinking, thought leadership, project ownership and a flair for driving an exceptionally high standard of delivery. This role provides an exciting development path with exposure to each level of our organisation and opportunities to experience all elements of the project lifecycle, from inception, scoping and pricing through to delivery and strategic planning.
