Job Description

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a prestigious legal firm based in Bristol, with the appointment of an Administration Clerk to join its long standing and established team. The role will see you working alongside the Office Manager, supporting with general administration duties, to ensure the delivery of a professional legal service to clients and colleagues alike.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Keeping high standards of the post room and communal areas.
  • Ensuring all copiers/printers are functioning and stock levels aremaintained.
  • Ensure laptops and equipment are functioning at all times; offering key support to staff and clients with any IT issues
  • Conduct regular Health and Safety checks; maintaining spreadsheets with faults and reporting them to senior management.
  • Ensuring necessary paperwork is disposed ofcorrectly.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Adhoc reception duties as required.

The successful candidate will have proven administration experience and good knowledge of MS Office. You will be highly organised, with strong attention to detail, willing to proactively handle any task. Familiarity and recognition of Bristol legal marketplace is desirable however not essential as full training will be provided.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00.
