We're changing the way we work and looking to recruit an additional Support Team Leader
Reporting to the Registered and Assistant Manager's you will supervise a team of support workers, overlooking their performance, ensuring that our standards and approach are followed and needs and protocols adhered too. You will be the first port of call providing first line management and necessary direction and instruction. This role will combine support, administration and management.
Knowledge of supporting vulnerable people with autism, learning disabilities or complex needs is essential. Our ideal team members are flexible, empathetic with a calm and efficient approach to work. Situations can sometimes be difficult and challenging, so you'll need to be non-judgmental , with a sensitive approach.
We support people with needs to live fulfilling lives. As a team member you’ll make a real difference as you provide support, advice and share in their everyday life experiences helping each and every one of our service users to achieve their potential.

At a practical level, you’ll need good IT and communication skills including numeracy and literacy in order to keep accurate records. You must also be fit enough to take on the more physical aspects of the job.

Gross Salary: £22,437 (£10.46 per hour) - £23,918 (£11.15 per hour) from 01.05.2021
