  • Gross salaries for Specialist Support Team Leader £25,869 (£12.06 per hour) - £26,726 (£12.46 per hour) + enhancements

Reporting to the Registered and Assistant Manager's you will supervise your own team of support workers at a new project, overlooking their performance, ensuring that our standards and approach are followed and needs and protocols adhered too. You will be the first port of call providing first line management and necessary direction and instruction. This role will combine support, administration and management.

Forensic and secure experience is preferred as is practical knowledge of the management of complex needs.

Knowledge of supporting vulnerable people with autism, learning disabilities or complex needs is essential. Our ideal team members are flexible, empathetic with a calm and efficient approach to work. Situations can sometimes be difficult and challenging, so you'll need to be non-judgmental , with a sensitive approach.

At a practical level, you’ll need good IT and communication skills including numeracy and literacy in order to keep accurate records. You must also be fit enough to take on the more physical aspects of the job.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Working Hours:

Full time - 41.25 hours a week

Gross Salary: £25,869 (£12.06 per hour) - £26,726 (£12.46 per hour) from 01.05.2021
