Residential Support Worker - Bank Staff - Derby

Hays Social Care are currently recruiting for Support Workers who have experience in working with adult Learning Disabilities and young people EBD and LD to work days, waking nights and sleep ins. We have flexible shifts available in the Derby area so you would be able to tailor shifts to suit your needs. You will be part of an established team that work well together and will be quick to build strong relationships with service users
Your new role
As a member of the team you will use your experience and knowledge of supporting adults and young people with complex needs to provide a safe and nurturing environment for them. We are happy to be able to offer you a choice of assignments with shifts that suit you however, some flexibility will be required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced support worker with specific experience working with adults and young people LD. A level 3 in health and social care or equivalent is desirable but not essential where relevant experience is held Having your own transport will be beneficial as the locations you will be expected to travel to have limited transport access. You'll also be someone who has a strong desire to make a difference.
