Job Description

We are urgently seeking an experienced and skilled Legal Application ICT Support Officer to join our Legal Practice Management Team on a temporary basis to provide additional capacity during the transfer from one case management system to another within one of our local government clients based in Sheffield, S1.

The Legal Application ICT Support Officer will provide technical ICT support to the legal team which will include data input/template creation, workflow creation, system testing and training/user support.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • Experience of supporting the Civica Legal Web System (iCasework) or a similar legal system
  • Experience of the creation and administration of value lists used within the system
  • Experience of managing Correspondence templates
  • Skills in
    • HTML editing
    • Merging documents from multiple sources
    • Creating Bundle Structures
    • Importing data from other systems
  • Experience of maintaining case contacts
  • Preferably experience of building and maintaining Service Menus and Team structures within an application
