We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our successful Group HR team on a full-time or part-time basis, working between 30 and 37.5 hours per week, over 4 or 5 days.
Our HR provision offers end to end support to Line Managers and Employees relating to a broad range of people practices bringing to life our People Strategy.
As our HR Advisor, you will provide high quality advisory support to the business, supporting the HR Manager and the wider HR team with all people related activities including absence management, family leave, employee relations issues such as disciplinaries and grievance casework, change management and performance management.

As a strong collaborator, you will work with our diverse subsidiaries to upskill Line Managers using your broad range of people related skills, ideally underpinned by a CIPD Level 5 qualification or similar. You should be digitally competent with the ability to utilise technology to develop and develop efficient processes.
You will be keen to maintain and develop your understanding of Employment Law practises, sharing your knowledge with the team and updating relevant policies as appropriate.
Self-motivated and approachable you will be able to build, develop and maintain supportive and constructive working relationships. You will be able to work autonomously and as part of the team, you'll have excellent communication skills and a great team ethic. You will have good communication skills, be pragmatic and act with honesty and discretion.
