Job Description

Henry Boot Construction Limited is a successful and well-established main contractor, part of the Henry Boot Group. We pride ourselves on our first-class quality of work and long-lasting relationships with our clients, and we are seeking a Site Manager to join our established project delivery teams.

Your Role

As Site Manager you will be required to provide support and to assist in the daily organisation and supervision of the site or section of a large project. You will ensure the work is carried out economically and in accordance with the specification and programme. Our award-winning projects give you the opportunity to create your own professional legacy within a highly supportive organisation.

About You

This is a role that requires a range of advanced skills and relevant experience. You need to be a highly organised and skilled site manager, able to prioritise and adapt your efforts for maximum return. Ideally you will have a practical understanding of construction through a trades background. A natural communicator, with experience of supervising works through to completion, you will have an eye for detail and for quality build, in order to fulfil our client's requirements.
