Up to £24k Basic plus realistic OTE of £40k plus

We are Brookson, for 25 years we have been supporting the self-employed, contracting and freelance market with high quality accountancy and finance support. As the world of work continues to change this has led to an ongoing, increased, interest in people wanting to work in a more agile way, likewise an increased interest in business looking to fulfil talent requirements in a more effective way, with this comes increased opportunity and demand for a company such as ours.
Brookson offer a wide range of solutions and services to meet the specific needs of a varied client base which includes both Hirers and Workers. Our sales team engage with both markets to provide the best solution for their needs. As a Key Account Executive, you would be given warm leads and existing accounts which would include Recruitment Agencies and Workers. You will be responsible for proactively managing this portfolio through outbound calls, uncovering opportunities, building strong relationships, using fact finding skills to solution sell and close sales working to growth targets. You will work alongside a team of other KAEs and will also work closely with the Key Account Manager.
Targets are based on outcomes, not call stats. The environment is professional, a close knit sales team (not a call centre). This is an ideal role for those who enjoy sales, looking to work within the professional services sector in an environment where you are selling to customers who already have a need for the services we provide. Flexible / Hybrid working
Our mission is to make the world of work, work. As such we have long been advocates of flexible working. Our sales team are based out of our Head Office in Warrington, we offer the option to work in the office each day if that’s your preference, or we have the option for hybrid working which would mean 3 days in the office with the rest remote working. The core team hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm.
For this role we can consider those with either business to consumer or business to business sales experience. Those who have worked in recruitment would also be of interest. What’s important is an ability, and passion, to learn and become expert in a range of solutions. This truly is a solution sales role where you need to understand the requirements of the customer, and your portfolio of offerings in depth, to be able to sell the best solution providing a seamless transition from sales to our onboarding and operational support teams. Whilst warm leads are provided and we are in a sector of opportunity there is also competition, as such the role requires someone who can sell using a value-add approach, standing out from the competition and demonstrating all the values of Brookson as a representative of our brand.
