Specialist Sales Executive

£22k-£26k Basic + Monthly commission, realistic OTE of £40k plus

Location- Warrington office and Hybrid (2 days office based)

We are Brookson, for 25 years we have been supporting the self-employed, contracting and freelance market with high quality accountancy and finance support. As the world of work continues to change this has led to an ongoing, increased, interest in people wanting to work in a more agile way, likewise an increased interest in business looking to fulfil talent requirements in a more effective way, with this comes increased opportunity and demand for a company such as ours.

We have a wide service portfolio which is catered to the needs of our varied client base and we are currently looking for a sales executive to join our sales team to be responsible for driving sales specifically through our partnership channel, we call this role a Technical Sales Executive. We work with a number of third parties who introduce Personal Service Companies (PSCs) to us (also known as Contractors established as a Ltd company), these introducers may be , for example, Insurance Companies, Law Firms or even direct Hirers who recommend us to their contracting workforce. There is huge opportunity to further expand this client base through proactive account management, business development and marketing. The focus of this role is to convert workers who come via our introducer channel (PSCs) and drive referrals from our existing partnership channel, reporting into the Affiliate and Partnership Sales Manager.

An ideal role for someone looking for a consultative, relationship-based sell where you can use your commercial skills to identify and secure strategic partnership opportunities.

The Person

For this role we are looking for someone who can demonstrate previous success of proactive business to business sales within a consultative, solution sales environment. Recruitment experience would also be of interest. Those who have worked within a sales environment selling to third parties or introducers previously would be of particular interest. You will be someone who enjoys creating and owning a sales strategy, identifying prospects and generating sales. You will enjoy being an expert in your field, taking steps to always keep your knowledge up to date. As well as selling you also be educating your client base due to the fast paced, specialist nature of our sector and ongoing changes to regulations. If you are familiar with limited companies and IR35 this will also be advantageous but isn’t essential as training will be provided.

Commission is uncapped and paid on a monthly basis. We offer hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office and the remainder working remotely, or you can be fully office based if you prefer.
