Social Media and Content Exec role for the market leading provider of care at home. Office based, some opportunity to WFH, 22 days holiday + banks, Holiday allowance increases by 1 each year capping at 27. Joining an established team, this individual will have a key focus on content creation and social media management, as well as working with other key members of the team.
The Social Media and Content Exec will be working closely with the Brand Manager, Digital Manager, PR + Comms Manager, this individual will be expected to
Manage all the companys online content output on channels including, Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Snapchat and Tiktok.
Help devise the Social Media Strategy alongside the Marketing Team
Propose new content strategy to increase growth, reach new audiences and measure performance.
Schedule, plan and manage posts to optimum effect.
Provide Analytics and analysis to help optimise digital activity.
Take control of the blog content and provide ideas and updates to the network on blog writing.
Help increase brand awareness and boost SEO rankings in order to achieve KPIs on organic search results pages.
The Social Media and Content Exec role will be well suited to candidates who have some or all of the following
Previous experience in a PR or Marketing role or the ability to exhibit experience of Marketing/PR campaigns, social media, content production and strategy.
Ability to spot trends and opportunities in the Market as well as potential audiences.
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.
A highly motivated individual to set and achieve goals and take initiative.
