Our client, a highly successful and well-established Recruitment specialist based in Warrington is looking to hire a talented, ambitious, and driven Recruitment Manager to head up their Healthcare Division.

The team is small, with real scope for growth and they cover temp and perm support and residential care but will be expanding into nursing in the near future. You will be responsible for growing and developing the team, coaching, and mentoring existing team members, recruiting, and training additional consultants, setting targets, motivating, leading, and handling the budget and P&L for the Division. You will have a track record of success and will be given the additional tools that you need to succeed. We are looking for an inspirational leader who can use their experience and passion to gain the best results from their team. This is a hands-on role and will suit a manager who stays close to their business.
