We have a wide service portfolio which is catered to the needs of our varied client base and we are currently looking for an Affiliate and Partnership Sales Manager to lead out on our Affiliate and Partnership market. This is dual function sales and team management role with an emphasis on sales (80/20). The role of Affiliate and Partnership Sales Manager will be to own and grow this route to market for our business. There is huge potential within this space to capitalise on the existing third party and end hirer relationships we already have established, whilst also researching and scoping new target markets and implementing a hands-on sales and marketing strategy to secure the clients. Our audience would be introducers such as Insurance companies and Legal firms and also Blue-Chip hirers whose talent mix includes contractors/PSCs.
As Affiliate and Partnerships Sales Manager you will secure the clients and once the introductory relationship is live the in-house team of sales executives would then be responsible for speaking with the workers directly to ensure we onboard them with the right service / product suited to their needs. It is this small team which you will also be responsible for, with the wider support of the existing sales and sales management team.
A senior level, strategic sales role ideal for those who can own a go-to-market sales strategy managing all stages of the sales cycle and personally opening and closing opportunities within professional services and blue-chip settings. You will also work closely with our marketing team to drive out and own an effective end to end marketing strategy.

For this role we are seeking an experienced, strategic, solution sales professional who can own a route to market and can demonstrate the full suite of skills required to be successful in this role. This includes market segmentation, strategic business development complimented by an effective marketing strategy. Proven ability to generate opportunities at a senior level within blue chip environments. Someone who can lead by example, empower, and upskill those around you.
You will need to generate appointments and network to conduct presentations on the value we can add. You will need to become expert within our field and that will include understanding regulations such as IR35, keeping up to date with industry developments and being a representative of our established brand. Our sector moves at pace, you will be someone who enjoys being the market expert for partners to engage with as well as being a proactive salesperson who can secure strategic business partnerships and lead a small team.
