Technical Sales Engineers - United Kingdom with 75% overseas travel - Poland, Spain, Turkey, and Russia
These four positions will be based in Cambridgeshire, covering Poland, Spain, Turkey, and Russia respectively.
There will be up to 75% travel within in country.
This role would be great if you want to remain based out of the UK and also spend considerable time working in your home country.
Relevant EU/Turkish/Russian nationality, and a full driving licence will be required.
There is a good salary + car or car allowance, benefits, and excellent training.
Bachelors level in electronics is a requirement.
Regular meetings with European customers and Distributors
Drive demand creation at Distributors to achieve annual revenue
Work with Distributors to maximise pipeline and increase design win count and revenue
Work together with Technical Team to successfully achieve design-wins
Manage monthly forecast and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Provide regular training to distributors
Carry out market research and monitor competitor products
Define available market and share of market by applications
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, and relevant country language.
This is a customer facing role and it requires 75% travelling across the region
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role
Ability to build strong, influential relationships
