Job Description

Due to an influx of work, our Newport client is now looking for an experienced and pro-active Legal Secretary to join their non litigation department on a full-time basis. You will support a team of fee earners and will be a key member within the department covering wills & probate, family, employment and conveyancing etc.

This role would suit an experienced legal secretary with a minimum of two years previous experience assisting a team of fee earners as well as Partners and Departmental Heads. Applications are encouraged from those with strong typing skills across a range of legal disciplines.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous Legal Secretary experience essential
  • Good typing speeds with high levels of accuracy
  • Professional communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
