This residential setting is home to 6 children aged 15 who are living with emotional and behavioural difficulties. The company has an extremely good reputation and a supportive team who work collaboratively to improve the lives of these individuals.

Role:
Being a Children's Residential Support Worker isn't just about supporting someone in day to day life, it's about having fun! The children we support are very involved in the things they like to do so they would love their Support Workers to play an active part in the things they enjoy as well. Fun could be anything from listening to music, gardening, going cinema or even going to the seaside. We provide support that is person centred so that everyone has the right support for them.
A career as a Support Worker is incredibly rewarding, challenging and offers a level of job satisfaction you won't find elsewhere!

The shift pattern will include early shifts 07:30 - 15:00 and late day shifts 14:30 - 22:00. You may also be required to work weekends where appropriate. If you are looking for more flexible work, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we may have some other options.

What you'll need to succeed:
You will need to have previous experience supporting children, ideally this will be in a residential setting. You will be passionate about working with children and helping them to achieve their full potential.
