Join a company who is passionate about making children realise their full potential. You will be teaching them to build self-esteem, accepted themselves and helping their journey into adulthood. This residential setting is home to 6 children aged 15 who are living with emotional and behavioural difficulties. The company has an extremely good reputation and a supportive team who work collaboratively to improve the lives of these individuals.
Being a Children's Residential Support Worker isn't just about supporting someone in day to day life, it's about having fun! The children we support are very involved in the things they like to do so they would love their Support Workers to play an active part in the things they enjoy as well.
