Insurance Consultant - Permanent - Full Time including a half-day on some Saturdays

Salary £18.000 - £25.000 depending on experience - Hybrid home and office work

Full training provided!

About the company: We are one of the largest specialist insurance broker groups in the UK. We have been providing a personal service and have over 100 High Street branches in the UK. We take the hassle out of insurance and provide a first-class service. We provide the best customer service to our clients!

About the role: In this Customer Service role, you will provide first-class, professional and diligent client care to sell and administer insurance policies offered by the Company. Insurance background/experience is preferred but not essential as we can provide training. We are looking for someone with a good work ethic and the enthusiasm to help us drive the team forward as we continue to grow.

About the responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent Customer Service
  • Dealing with clients and customers over the phone, email, and face to face
  • Selling and administering insurance products appropriate for our client’s needs with due care and consideration.
  • Assisting Branch Manager in meeting and exceeding Branch objectives.
  • Ensuring that the requirements of our clients are met.
  • Assisting in the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the office.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company at all times through first-class personal presentation and conduct.
  • Seeking opportunities for personal development

About You:

  • You have excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
  • You have an understanding of excellent Customer Service
  • You feel comfortable in a sales environment.
  • You display a positive and enthusiastic work ethic and style.
  • You build and develop long-term client relationships.
  • You can work effectively and in an organised manner both independently or co-operatively as part of a team.
  • You listen to clients and based on that can identify their needs.

About the logistics: This role will be based in our office in Epsom or Wimbledon but some days working from home will also be considered. You will be required to work some Saturdays as well.
