Location - National remit,remote working from home but access to regional offices 1-2 days a week.

Package - £38k base salary + £5k bonus for the year (broken down in quarterly payments) + company car

An exciting position as National Sales Support Executive reporting directly to the Sales Director of a Global Multinational Technology Manufacturer has been created due to dramatic growth with sales management and divisional sales team expansion. This is a unique and highly responsible senior level, national sales support and commercial operations role, where you will be a fundamental part of high level sales team strategy between the Sales Director and their senior Sales Management Team. You will actively be involved in setting up and executing sales strategy and ensuring that the team have everything they need to continue the company wide growth strategy with their own field sales teams. Furthermore, you will also be assisting in periodic high level external client meetings both for the Sales Director and each senior Sales Manager so that you gain exposure to all the sales divisions.
You will have a senior high level sales support or commercial sales operations background ideally working for a large product manufacturer. The environment both in the office and when working remotely is fast paced and professional but fun so you must be a great team player and have the ability to multi-task. Furthermore, the company has a wide portfolio of technical products so you must have great attention to detail and the aptitude to be able to familiarise yourself with a number of different products, client industries and sales routes to markets. Strong sales operations, customer service and account management skills are essential as you will be responsible for not just high level senior internal stakeholder engagement but external with senior decision makers of their largest key accounts.

Initial indications by the client are a base package range for the National Sales Support Executive of up to £38,000 with the ability to earn an additional bonus of up to £5,000 per year paid quarterly. You will also receive 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, health care, dental insurance, pension scheme, sports social club scheme, lunch facilities on site and they have a flexible working policy of 1-2 days in the week office and the other 3-4 days working from home.
