Job Description

We are currently have a great opportunity for a Trainee Engineer to join our team of Heating Engineers.

In this customer facing role, you will attend customers properties to service, maintain or repair their oil fired boilers and heating systems. We will provide you with full training to enable you to respond to breakdown and emergency calls, to investigate faults, carry out remedial work and to ensure that boilers and systems are tested, operational and safe.

Ensuring that we provide the best service possible for our customers and retain their business, you will be in regular contact with our customer service and routing team to meet and exceed customer expectations.

This role is a great opportunity to join a friendly and established team, with the great bonus potential, and training for candidates without oil experience.

We are ideally looking for a candidate with experience or a qualification in plumbing / heating, or electrical / mechanical subjects. Our training programme includes completing an OFTEC qualification.

Application requirements for a Trainee Heating Engineer:

  • Full Driving Licence
  • A qualification in a plumbing or heating is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Self Motivated and reliable
  • Methodical
  • Practical
