Please note this role will only involve some remote working, you will be partially office based.

The Opportunity
To support the continued growth of the company and maintain the hardware and software deployed to its stakeholders. A broad knowledge of Microsoft business products and programming tools is required together with a sound understanding of data and how it is used in the business environment
Key responsibilities
To maintain, review and modify the company’s use of the Microsoft Office Suite (O365):
* Knowledge and experience of Azure Active Directory
* Establishing and managing security roles and groups
* Commissioning and decommissioning both users and their equipment, including associated hardware
* Set up new users accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
To maintain, review and modify the company’s use of IT equipment:
* Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
* Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
* Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
* Replace parts as required
* Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair or set up a system
* Support the roll out of new applications
* Test and evaluate new technology
Provide support to a range of stakeholders:
* Talk staff and clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or online, to help set up systems or resolve issues
* Produce procedural documentation and relevant reports
* Respond within agreed time limits
* Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
Understand and support key strategic software products

* Windows 10, Office 365 Admin, MS Azure, MS SQL Server, T-SQL, SQL, MS Reporting Services, MS Team Foundation Server, VB.NET, HTML, CSS, Java Script, Agile development, Hardware configuration, Technical Support, MS Teams, Sharepoint, Office 365 Apps, PowerBI, Web site config, Power Automate, Software specification.

Salary
£28,000 to £40,000 per annum (DoE)
