Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client for an Part TimeWarehouse Administrator based in Yeovil, Somerset. Joining a global shipping provider working with a vibrant team! *We are ideally looking for someone who can start ASAP but we can also wait for a notice period if required*
You will be responsible for consolidating day-to-day operations, including the Goods-in and Goods-out department. The ideal candidate will have the physical ability to lift and move goods easily within company premises. The successful candidate will also be required to assist in all duties related to the administrative part of the role. This will include updating spreadsheets/forwarding relevant documentation, liaising with delivery companies, and resolving queries.
Upon successful progression, the candidate will be focusing on the deliveries to our overseas-based clients. Knowledge of the shipping documentation, procedures, customs rules, etc., will be an advantage but not essential as training is provided. Our customers across the whole World do expect that we do maintain the highest level of service. Your role will require the ability to focus and have excellent attention to detail, as both attributes are essential to continue our successful enterprise.
The working hours are 9.00am - 12.30pm or 10.00am - 1.30pm but flexible (17.5 Hours Monday to Friday) with parking onsite. The annual salary is £16,000 PA FTE = £8.80 per hour starting salary! 17.5 hours will work out as an annual salary of £8,008 PA.
The role begins entry-level, and after some training and initial bedding in, the pay can be reviewed!
