Nelson Permanent Placements are looking to speak with experienced Site Managers, Joinery biased to join a fantastic high-quality fit-out, refurbishment and new commercial contracts business based in London. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit for experienced Site Managers for their fit out sites throughout the UK.
We are looking for a Working Site Manager who is looking to progress their career, or a Working Site Manager with construction experience in the commercial sector (not housing).
·Be a hands-on site manager completing joinery work
·Managing the day to day site deliveries as well as working alongside sub-contractors
·Health and Safety and Quality
·Liaising with the Project Manager
·Managing the sub-contractors
·Issuing and signing off timesheets
·A minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor
·A construction related qualification is desirable although not essential
·Ambitious and is keen to show enthusiasm and innovation
·Hands-on and a background in joinery
·10 Hour Day
·Van and fuel
