The Head of Operations will be responsible for the smooth and successful running of day-to-day operations. They will be able to implement efficient processes into the company. They will ensure that customer service operations retain customers and will act as the point of escalation between customers and the service providers.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role within a waste brokerage, and will have operational and customer service experience
