As the Recruitment & HR Co-ordinator, you will deliver an exceptional level of Recruitment and HR Co-ordination for our European branch. You will primarily focus on recruiting and expanding our Contractor base (who work on fixed-term contracts, in various international destinations in the petrochemical industry). You will be the first point of contact for all HR and Recruitment related queries, liaising with our external HR Consultant for complex HR matters. You will liaise with various team members to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners and ensure you are supporting HR processes efficiently, managing the HR administrative and record-keeping aspects for the staff team.
You will come into the role with previous recruitment experience so that you can use your knowledge to quickly and successfully put in place various recruitment and selection methods to expand our Contractor base. You will be positive, persistent, patient and proactive in your approach, delivering results with confidence and to demanding deadlines
