Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Account Manager for our client based in Braintree on a permanent basis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Managing Key Accounts
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing client database.
* Provide expert customer service and after-sales support to all clients.
* Become additional support to the Customer Service Advisors and a point of acceleration.
* Delivering consistent service to all clients
* Own the production of quotes, PO Processing, Reporting, and Invoicing
* Scheduling and attending 1 to 2 business review meetings with clients per week, recording actions and ensuring timely resolutions.
Education, skills and experience:
* Previous experience with Relationship Management in a Customer Service environment.
* Ability to resolve any conflict
* Previous experience of liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong planning and organising skills.
* To be a proactive self-starter with drive and passion for our client’s brand.
* Previous experience in the IT industry is preferred.
In return our client offers a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE plus yearly performance based bonus as well as free on site parking.
