This role will involve:
* Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team.
* Source suitable CVs using the tools available to Frontline Recruitment
* Place adverts.
* Monitor advert response and applications.
* Pre-screen all applicants.
* Update and organize recruitment spreadsheets.
* Develop understanding of the recruitment process.
* Answer telephones when required.
* Accurately record all candidate and client information onto database.
The Resourcer role is based in Nottingham and is a temp-perm position
