We are working on behalf of a National market leader who are currently in growth phase to source an experienced Branch Manager to work across 3 of their Southern Offices in Hampshire.

This is a mobile role so travel between the branches will be required.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Management of the exciting branches and teams as required in the absence of current managers.
* Training and development of current staff and new consultants.
* Development of areas (currently consultants are working across different sectors such as Commercial / Office, Industrial, Driving, Construction and Catering for both temporary and permanent recruitment).
* Ad-hoc projects.
* Regular meetings with senior management.
You will possess a proven track record of achievement and management in a recruitment agency environment. Your specific recruitment sector background is less important than your desire to be successful.
This role would suit a Senior Consultant ready for the next step in their recruitment career.
